Here's what it reads:
A fragrance can be as potent as a come-hither smile. And Midnight by Tussy is a scent that appeals to a gentleman's senses! This fabulous fragrance scents a whole series of lovely Tussy beauty aids from perfume to lipstick to dusting powder. Try them and see if they don't make you feel romantic... and make men feel romantic towards you."
Do you have any vintage beauty products or packaging? I'd love to hear about them!
My favorite vintage find/product would have to be my 1920's bottle of Guerlain Shalimar perfume. I adore it because it is from a time when perfumes were oil based and not made with cheap ole alcohol. Loving your find!
ReplyDeleteoooooooh! What an awesome find!
DeleteLovely blog! x
ReplyDeleteThanks Ben & Ting! love your blog too!
DeleteOhhhh, what a terrific treasure - and from my very favourite decade to boot! I've been keeping my eyes peeled for vintage beauty products such as this for ages while out thrifting and the like, but no luck yet. I'd like to build up a little collection over time though and display them on a vanity (don't have one...but again, one day) or perhaps my dresser top or powder room counter.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for your wonderfully nice comment on my Intrepid Urban Explorer post, dear gal. That lip hue has become the second most worn shade in my make-up box over the past few months, and I'm delighted to know that you think it suits me.
Oodles of hugs,
♥ Jessica
My best luck has been digging in antique stores- the malls or ones with booths. I've got a few vintage perfume bottles that way too and found affordable prices. Thanks for sharing!
